ຂັ້ນ 1: In the Payment tab, click the Refund button.

ຂັ້ນ 2: Fill out all the required information on the Refund Request Form:

• Requested amount: Enter the amount you want to refund. Click Max for the maximum refundable amount.
• Refund Reason: Permanent service discontinuation, Temporarily stop using services, or Other.
• Detail reason: Provide a detailed reason why you want a refund.
• Receiving method: Choose the same payment method used to deposit (Credit Card, PayPal, Payoneer, or USDT).
• Tick I have read and accepted the terms of service. Click Next.

ຂັ້ນ 3: Carefully review your refund request. We will not be responsible if you provide incorrect information about the receiving method. Click Submit.

NOTE: We will process your refund within 1–5 business days. Additional 10–15 days for funds to reflect in your account.
